Frequently Asked Questions

Currently, we do not have a physical store. You may contact us at +6582025119 or email us onlineshop@hovita.com.sg to make an appointment to purchase products from our office. We are located at Ruby Land Complex.

All our domestic orders are being handled by local delivery companies. Delivery is Free for orders above SGD$98. Upon payment verification, your order will be dispatched within 48 business hours from our warehouse. 

Delivery Terms & Conditions
- Currently we only support local shipping in Singapore.
- Delivery times are based on orders placed before 12pm SGT.
Delivery fees of $6 applies if your purchase falls below $98 after discounts and/or voucher codes are applied.
- Delivery may take additional time during sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events or government mandated Covid-19 safety measures.
- Delivery is only available on weekdays (excluding Singapore Public Holidays).
- We try our best to retrieve any lost parcel, but we are not liable for 3rd party damages or losses.

We allow for returns and refunds of all regular-priced items if you've changed your mind.
All returns and refunds due to change of mind are subject to a 14-day return and refund T&C upon receipt of the order. We do not accept exchanges. Please return the product and make a new purchase. 


Return and Refund Terms and Conditions

- Item must be in its original purchase condition.
- packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Items purchased as a set must be returned as a whole set.
- This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable, and sales items or orders made using special promotional codes.
- Shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Hovita.


Have you met all the requirements?
Please email us at onlineshop@hovita.com.sg providing your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return. We will follow up with you with more instructions.

We can edit your address if your parcel has not been dispatched yet. Once your parcel is picked up by the courier, we are not able to make any changes to the address.

Please contact us at onlineshop@hovita.com.sg if you suspect that your parcel is lost

You may pay using Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), or instalment service (Pace or Atome).
