All our domestic orders are being handled by local delivery companies. Delivery is Free for orders above SGD$98. Upon payment verification, your order will be dispatched within 48 business hours from our warehouse. 

Delivery Terms & Conditions
– Currently we only support local shipping in Singapore.
– Delivery times are based on orders placed before 12pm SGT.
– Delivery fees of $6 applies if your purchase falls below $98 after discounts and/or voucher codes are applied.
– Delivery may take additional time during sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events or government mandated Covid-19 safety measures.
– Delivery is only available on weekdays (excluding Singapore Public Holidays).
– We try our best to retrieve any lost parcel, but we are not liable for 3rd party damages or losses.

We allow for returns and refunds of all regular-priced items if you’ve changed your mind.
All returns and refunds due to change of mind are subject to a 14-day return and refund T&C upon receipt of the order. We do not accept exchanges. Please return the product and make a new purchase. 

Return and Refund Terms and Conditions
– Item must be in its original purchase condition.
– packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
– Items purchased as a set must be returned as a whole set.
– This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable, and sales items or orders made using special promotional codes.
– Shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Hovita.
